1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Dawnspire Consulting and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://dawnspire-consulting.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from our website or proprietary coaching worksheets.
• Sublicense or redistribute content unless specifically permitted for corporate training.
• Reproduce or duplicate Dawnspire's strategic frameworks for commercial gain.

2. Consultation and Coaching Services

Our services include leadership development, personal growth coaching, and organizational consulting. Participation in coaching sessions is voluntary. While we provide strategic guidance, the implementation and results ultimately rest with the client.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment for consulting packages is due as specified in the service agreement. We require a 48-hour notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of individual coaching sessions. Failure to provide notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All information shared during coaching sessions or organizational audits remains strictly confidential between the consultant and the client, except where disclosure is required by law.
